A residential building inspired by women’s influence and power on the built space. The architectural elements and design combine between shared community life while at the same time maintaining the tenant’s privacy through a clever juxtaposition of levels, separation of access to the various spaces, and gradual exposure to the large common space.The building provides a comprehensive experience for young families looking to integrate into the labor market developing in the new industrial area of Petach Tikva and equally experience quality of life in the heart of the city.

The 120 residential units include studios, apartments for families with1-2 children, private courtyards, and common areas for tenants. The design also includes a level with public access which includes a gym, kindergarten, and workspaces for the tenants.

As a mixed function building, the street level space has been designed as a commercial hub servicing both the tenants and the wider public. Businesses occupying the commercial part of the building will bring products, services, and entertainment to the community. The design carefully ensures that the commercial and residential spaces integrate well while ensuring privacy for the tenants and functionality for all stakeholders.
